What is exercise?

Physical exercise is any type of physical exertion or activity performed to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health.

Why should you exercise? 

Exercise is a physical activity which will help you look and feel so much better after the minutes/hours sweating and dripping. Your skin, hair, posture and muscle tone all will improve. You’ll be stronger and you’ll have more energy. Activity also helps you avoid depression, stress and boredom. You’ll be more alert mentally. Thinking more clearly can even help your grades. Being active just makes your life so much happier.

How long is enough?

There is no specific amount of have to exercise. The longer you can go, the better it is. But just do within your possibility, and don’t try to over exercise, you might injure yourself. A small work out is better than no work out!

Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. Just don’t exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized to fall asleep.

Exercise and physical activity can be a fun way to spend some time. It gives you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting. Find a physical activity you enjoy, and just do it. Like I have mentioned before (previous post), any type of physical activities can improve your mood, keep you up with the positive thoughts. They say, you can’t live a positive life without a positive mind.
