Improve Your Skin Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups raw spinach
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup red grapes (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon flaxmeal
1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and mix well.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
