1/2 cup of oat meal (depends on your portion size)
1 cup of soy milk (optional milk type)
1/3 cup of dried fruits
1/3 cup of plain yogurt
2 tsp of honey
1 tsp of cinnamon (optional)

1. Pour oat meal and milk in a bowl. Put in the microwave for 5-8 minutes (depends on your room temperature)
2. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth to add the sweetness texture.
