- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- coconut oil/olive oil. (optional)
- Mash the banana into a ball until it is completely smooth and creamy
- Stir eggs and mashed banana together until well blended.
- Spray the pan with coconut oil (optional choice)
- Pour or scoop the batter on the pan or the griddle as a portion size you decide.
Topping with seasonal fruits (I like to go with a sprinkle of cinnamon and blueberries).
